i think this picture relates to my book because in my book there is an angry mom. the boys mom abuses him all the time until the school did something about it. she woulod hit him starve him and she makes himn clean non stop. she even stabbed him with a knife. this connects to my book because there is a angry abusive mom who likes to take her anger out on her son.

i dont have a third independant reading book yet because i didnt know we werew supposed to get one yet. but i think im going to read the book the necromancer. it is the 4th book in a series of books that ive been reading. it just came out along with book 5 so that will probably be my 5th indapendant reading book. they are fantasy genre books with about 300 pages.

          i was just wondering how you could betray your own family like that? it shouldve been easy to tell that the white witch was evil. she was never gonna make you a king youre only about 13 years old and shes like a thousand years old. well besides that how did you feel when aslan himself forgave you? he didnt have to forgive you you know but he chose to. you got lucky that aslan was so nice. i hope that this expierience has taught you a lesson.
           anyways i just wanted to say that i wish i wouldve been able to go to narnia to. it sounds so cool. with all its mythical creatures and talking animals. i would finnally know what animals have on thier minds when they just stand there and stare at you. it wouldve been an awsome expierience to meet talking trees and meet creatures you would only hear about in myths and fairytales. your so lucky. i wanna know more about all your narnian adventures. write me back as soon as you can.

The Magician by Michael Scott

The Magician is about Josh and Sophie's escape from an evil necromancer named Dr John Dee who is trying to assasinate them. He thinks that they are the twins of legend who have the power to destroy the world. If Sophie and Josh are gonna have any chance of surviving the upcoming war between all magical beings they need to learn all the elemental magics(air, water, fire, and earth). And the chase begins again but this time they might not get away so easily.

Second Semester Connections

 The main character of my book is lyra. From what i've read so far shes an adventurous little girl with a daring and outgoing personality. I can relate to her in the way that she eavesdrops on the master of the college because i eavesdrop alot on the people in my house because i can hear them from my room.

my second second semester indapendant reading book

 for my second semester indapendant reading book im gonna read The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman. I chose to read this book because i couldnt decide on a book to read and Ms. Crabtree sudgested it for me. It also sounds like a good adventure/fantasy book. Also on the back of the book the people say that, "its a good read."

highlights and lowlights of reading this school year

so far reading this year as been good except for when ms teacher made us read the alchemist. but there hasnt been so many lowlights of the year . ive been reading a series of books called the secrets of the immortal nicholas flamel. theyre really good books . but sadly ive already finished reading the series so i have nothimg to read anymore because all the other ooks ive tried reading are boring.
